We include the adoption plan as an important factor in organizational context, but has been ignored in information system (IS) literature. 摘要

云计算是一种新的信息技术模式。它极大地改变了信息技术服务在组织中的使用方式。云计算技术可以为高等教育机构提供良好的解决方案。然而,尽管云计算技术在教育领域具有应用的特点,但仍有许多高等教育机构没有充分受益于云计算的特点。利用技术-组织-环境框架,本研究建立了高等教育机构采用云计算的理论模型。提出了影响高校采用云计算的8个变量(相对优势、复杂性、兼容性、高层支持、机构规模、采用计划、服务提供商支持和政府支持)。我们将采用计划作为组织环境中的一个重要因素,但在信息系统(IS)文献中却被忽视了。本研究拟以足够的高等学校样本对模型进行实证检验。
