Hospital branding is one of the choosen way for marketing which giving benefits for internal and externals. This study aims to identify the influences of brand on hospital performance and patient behavioral expectations. The research method is literature review with 7 included studies. Research related to branding in the field of healthcare services was searched using valid keywords, including hospital branding, hospital, patient combined with keywords such as the effect dan the influence,dan melalui berbagai database. (mis. Google Scholar, Emerald, Scopus). A total 7 articles were selected to be studied in literature review. From these studies we have managed to categories the influences of brand on hospital performance and patient behavioral expectation and reported on three categories, including the influences of brand on hospital performance, on patient behavioral expectation, and medical team in referral. 摘要

目前亚洲地区医院数量的不断增加促使医院建立营销策略。医院品牌化是医院营销的一种选择方式,具有内外效益。本研究旨在探讨品牌对医院绩效及患者行为期望的影响。研究方法为文献综述,共纳入7项研究。使用有效关键词检索医疗服务领域的品牌相关研究,包括医院品牌、医院、患者结合效果、影响、丹美拉瑞贝巴盖数据库等关键词。(管理信息系统。Google Scholar, Emerald, Scopus)。文献综述共选取7篇文章进行研究。通过这些研究,我们对品牌对医院绩效和患者行为期望的影响进行了分类,并报道了品牌对医院绩效的影响、对患者行为期望的影响、以及转诊时医疗团队的影响。从这些研究中,我们成功地将品牌对医院绩效和患者行为期望的影响归类为品牌对医院绩效的影响,品牌对患者行为期望的影响,转诊中的医疗团队。
