摘要
公民服务平台(Citizen Service Platform, CSP)系统是一个电子政务2.0系统，能够帮助公民以一种新的、民主的方式与政府互动，极大地提高了传统电子政务系统的效率。因此，从不同的角度衡量光热发电系统的成功是很重要的。本研究首次对DeLone和McLean的IS成功模型在CSP背景下的适应性进行了实证检验。我们的研究结果为CSP和政府2.0的研究和实践提供了几个重要的启示。
Assessing Citizen Service Platform system success in Government 2.0
