The distilled water patch acts as an electric wall. The height of distilled water in the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic box can be adjusted for frequency reconfiguration. The cross-shape feeding structure and the cylindrical copper is used for improving the impedance matching. Moreover, an air gap is inserted between the water patch and the substrate to improve radiation efficiency.
