Tap change of transformer, transmission line failure and generating unit failure refers as new states of the system. Probability related to every change of state are taken for reliability indices evaluation such as Expected Energy Not Supply (EENS), Delivery Point Unreliability Index (DPUI) and Loss of Load Probability (LOLP). MATLAB simulation with different states are used for evaluation of objective of this paper. Case studies are conducted on reliability Test System (RTS-79). Interrupted load occurs at the load buses when supply does not meet the demand. Expected load loss for the system evaluated based on the total available capacity during each states of the network.
