The load distribution before and after considering the tooth profile angle error is analyzed by ABAQUS. The results show that the tooth profile angle error will affect the axial clearance of the planetary roller screw pair and increase the non-uniformity of the load distribution of the whole system, but the trend of load distribution at both ends of the roller is not affected.
