摘要

绞吸式挖泥船通过管道输送浆料。但管道阻力大,容易卡死、磨损,导致挖泥船发挥有限,能耗高。解决方案之一是采用喷风输送,可以减小管道阻力。本文研究了管道距离与浆体浓度、注风压力、输送距离等因素的关系。试验数据证明,关键因素是料浆浓度和风量分数,较高的料浆浓度和较低的风量分数能降低较多的阻力,且随着输送距离的延长,这种降低效果越弱。
