摘要

轴流风机在运行过程中遇到不稳定时,其性能会急剧下降。轴流风机在运行过程中会出现旋转失速和喘振等现象,导致系统不稳定,严重影响了轴流风机的性能。目前的工作包括测量距离机匣3cm的节流位置下失速区域的导管轴流风机的时域声信号。本实验的目的是利用声谱分析仪对时域声信号进行分贝测量,了解导管式轴流风机的声特性。在距机匣3cm的油门位置,对不同转速下的失速区进行了不同类型的时域声信号测量,并绘制了导管式轴流风机的不同声场图。
