We confirmed that our instrument with 32 items as valid and reliable for measuring the STEM career motivation. In addition, we tested the STEM career motivation model based on SCCT. 摘要

本研究的目的是开发和验证一个评估STEM职业动机的工具。基于社会认知职业理论(SCCT),开发了STEM职业动机的教育经历、职业价值、学业自我效能感、职业自我效能感、职业兴趣、父母支持和职业动机7个构念的32个项目。Lent et al.,1994)。767名高中一年级学生参与了本研究。这些项目被Messick的框架(1995)验证。在本研究中,我们从内容效度、实质效度、结构效度和概括效度四个方面来检验项目的效度。方法上采用Rasch分析、探索性因子分析、基于结构方程模型的确证性因子分析。我们证实了我们的32个项目的工具是有效和可靠的测量STEM职业动机。此外,我们还对基于SCCT的STEM职业激励模型进行了检验。我们的模型很好地解释了数据,表明外部因素(教育经历和父母支持)和认知因素(价值感知、自我效能感和兴趣)与STEM职业动机显著相关。
