Firstly, the article reviews the theory of injection-locking technique, then we analyze basic method of differential pattern steering, computer simulations are used to verify the realization. 摘要

用于航天器的相控阵必须是轻量化、高效率、高集成度和低轮廓的,非线性有源天线阵具有这些优点,适合于这种情况。研究了一种基于注入锁定技术的非线性有源阵列双波束扫描系统。本文首先对注入锁定技术的原理进行了综述,然后分析了差分模式转向的基本方法,并用计算机仿真验证了该方法的实现。最后,设计了基于注入锁定振荡器的四通道非线性有源天线阵列,并通过辐射方向图测量验证了双波束扫描系统的有效性。
