摘要

镁不仅对水稻本身的生长很重要,而且对世界上一半以水稻为主食的人口来说,镁是一种必需的微量营养素。本研究利用高分辨率密度SNPs进行了全基因组关联研究(GWAS),以鉴定来自24,368个水稻种质的Mg 2+增加的天然等位基因变异。295份糙米核心材料中Mg 2+的浓度和分布范围较广,为18.17 ~ 57.11mg/L,平均值为39.71mg/L。GWAS结果显示,在3号和11号染色体上发现了高峰。通过单倍型分析鉴定出的新自然变异体将为今后通过分子育种培育出具有更强储矿能力的水稻新品种提供参考。
