It had the functions of command control, data waveform display, and network topology display.</span><span lang=\"EN-US\">In the mode of wireless mechanical vibration monitoring, the organization mode of the network, the transmission mode of data and the corresponding packet transmission format were improved.</span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Finally, the reliable transmission of the data was verified. Compared with the traditional cable vibration sensor, the performance of the monitoring system was verified.</span><span lang=\"EN-US\">The results showed that the wireless vibration monitoring system designed in this paper met the requirements for the monitoring of the vibration state of the rotating machinery.</span></p>","PeriodicalId":387853,"journal":{"name":"Int. 摘要

为了解决机械振动监测问题,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的机械振动监测系统。首先,分析了无线旋转机械振动监测系统的硬件要求。设计了监控节点和基站节点。然后,基于VisualBasic6.0开发工具,设计了旋转机械振动监测软件。具有命令控制、数据波形显示、网络拓扑显示等功能。在无线机械振动监测模式下,对网络的组织方式、数据的传输方式以及相应的分组传输格式进行了改进。最后,验证了数据传输的可靠性。通过与传统缆索振动传感器的比较,验证了该监测系统的性能。结果表明,本文设计的无线振动监测系统满足了对旋转机械振动状态监测的要求。
