Patients did not experience discomfort or pain during treatment\n with BRIX 3000, but the duration of caries removal using this atraumatic\n method was significantly longer than with the classic method. 介绍。在牙科实践中,尽管牙科设备和材料不断改进,但使用旋转器械除龋仍然不是一种令人满意的方法。除龋治疗不断提供多种替代方法,以取代机床,其中一种是化学机械方法。本文的目的是比较BRIX 3000和经典方法联合化学机械法除龋的有效性。材料和方法。我们使用BRIX 3000;用于自动去除龋齿的材料。对40例有明显龋齿病变的患者采用两种消除方法。20例患者采用无伤性龋齿去除术,其余20例患者采用旋转器械去除龋齿组织。结果。BRIX 3000除龋效果显著。人们注意到,局部麻醉剂的使用显著减少。患者在BRIX 3000治疗期间没有感到不适或疼痛,但使用这种无伤性方法的除龋时间明显长于经典方法。结论。在现代微创牙科领域,无伤大雅的除龋方法是传统的除龋治疗方法的一种适当的替代方法。
