摘要

本研究的目的是通过工作满意度作为中介变量,分析工作环境、领导风格和宗教态度对员工生产力的影响。本研究的数据来自已分发的问卷,然后使用SPSS V25进行测试。本研究的样本是PT公司的员工,Nada Surya Tunggal公司有110名员工。从已经进行的数据分析可以看出:(1)工作环境对工作生产率有显著的正向影响(2)领导风格对工作生产率有显著的正向影响(3)宗教信仰对工作生产率有显著的正向影响(4)工作环境对工作满意度有显著的正向影响(5)领导风格对工作生产率有显著的正向影响(6)宗教信仰对工作生产率有显著的正向影响(7)工作满意度对工作生产率有显著的正向影响对工作效率有显著的正向影响。(8)工作满意度能够中介工作环境与工作生产率之间的关系(8)工作满意度能够中介领导风格与工作生产率之间的关系(10)工作满意度能够中介宗教信仰与员工生产率之间的关系。
