摘要

本文采用微胶囊化法制备聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯醇(PS-PVA)双壳材料。为了提高PVA外壳的隔气性能,采用2wt%的PVA溶液与硼砂的混合物作为PVA涂层的基体。为了防止PVA涂层因局部凝胶形成斑块,破坏PVA壳体的均匀性,将基体的pH值控制在8以下。得到的PVA涂层范围为2 ~ 15 μm,均匀性优于95%。
