Researches are now able to impart semantics to the web services so that the response to the client might be more specific. But in this case also, there is a possible chance of generation of diverse sets of web services which may confuse the naive user. In this paper we introduce a novel concept of matchmaking of semantic web services with the user's goal. Here instead of invoking different sets of web services, the system will generate only one of the best choices available in the repository. This paper studies the dynamic Web service selection problem in a service-oriented environment.
