Is the Organizational form the Business Federation the Answer for Firms in Eco Tourim in South Africa?

The purpose of the article is to show how the business federation model can meet demands in ecotourism in South Africa in times with social unrest, violence, economic decline, and illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and Covid-19 hurting the tourism industry. We illustrate how firms in ecotourism can become more competitive by fighting poverty and achieving economic returns at the same time by acting locally in a globalized world.
