摘要

针对航空航天微型精密滚珠丝杠副在传动过程中的运动平稳性,采用粒子群优化算法对机构的输入转矩信号进行优化,优化变分模态分解中的分解次数和惩罚因子。将信号分解为各个模态分量及其对应的频率,提高转矩信号的信噪比,分析转矩信号的平稳性,得到转矩信号的基本特征。为航空航天用滚珠丝杠的运动平稳性判断和故障诊断提供了一定的依据。
