The paper also use survey method to collect data from the non-random sample of students of a high secondary school in Hanoi in order to explore the school management behavior and the students’ the development of communication school in literature education. 摘要

在不同的目标群体中,有许多关于沟通技巧发展的理论和实证研究。然而,从管理科学的角度对文学类高中教育中沟通能力培养的研究还比较缺乏。本文运用系统论、社会建构主义和管理行为学的研究方法,研究了文学作品的读、写、听、说、与老师、同学、家庭成员和其他人的沟通技能的发展,以及使用互联网连接的大众媒体的技能。本文还采用问卷调查的方法,对河内市一所高中的学生进行非随机抽样调查,探讨学校管理行为和学生在文学教育中传播学校的发展情况。研究结果倾向于推荐教师积极倾听学生的意见,在文学课上为学生创造良好的交流和自我实现的机会,以及对学生文学能力和沟通技巧的进步进行评估等管理措施。
