摘要

结合集装箱行业的发展,目前很多仓储物流公司出于长期业务发展的需要,计划在现有仓库中增加集装箱作业区域。本文创建了在现有仓区基础上增加集装箱作业区的方案,利用成本效益分析确定集装箱作业区的位置,并结合作业区的特点进行功能区布置,采用系统布置方法和数学模型相结合的方法。建立了运输成本最小、功能区间综合物流关系最大的模型,并以CP公司为例进行了算例分析。
