The implications of the incorporation of fuzzy set methodologies into earthquake map for GIS application are twofold: first, the interior-outer-set model is introduced to calculate fuzzy probabilities of earthquakes for showing the imprecision of the probabilities from incomplete data; and second, graphical ways to express the outcomes of the calculation is provided to show how fuzzy set methodologies may be incorporated into GIS technologies. In addition, examples are given to demonstrate the method. The map using the fuzzy probabilities is called soft risk map. 摘要

由于地震系统的复杂性,不可能产生任何可接受的地震风险图。本文提出了一种将模糊集理论、风险分析和地理信息系统技术相结合的地震地图模糊化改造方法。将模糊集方法结合到地震地图中用于GIS应用的意义有两个:首先,引入了内-外集模型来计算地震的模糊概率,以显示不完整数据的概率的不精确性;其次,提供了表达计算结果的图形方法,以显示如何将模糊集方法纳入GIS技术。最后,通过实例对该方法进行了验证。使用模糊概率的图称为软风险图。研究结果表明,软风险图能够提供比传统地震图更可靠的信息,为合理规范决策提供依据。
