摘要

本文开发了一种高真空手套箱控制系统,用户可以通过设置各种控制参数,对手套箱中的水和氧气进行去除,从而快速达到微氧微水浓度的要求。现有的手套箱控制方法通常具有实验程序容易中断和浪费人力的局限性。针对这些问题,本系统配备A、B两套反应槽,采用硬件管道切换设计和监控软件控制,提供两套反应槽同步执行循环清洗和再生程序,这样不仅可以为用户提供不间断的实验过程,而且大大节省了人工成本,提高了手套箱的去除效率。
