Investigation finds impact on the performance matric using different antenna array size. We design the transmitter antenna array of size 16×16, 8×8, 4×4, 2×2 for the 28 GHz frequency. Our intrigued of investigation and performance metric are spectral efficiency, energy efficiency and bit error rate. In this paper we shows, as the size of antenna array increase the spectral efficiency and energy efficiency will increase by great extent. We also find the bit error rate of wireless communication is reduced with the size of antenna array.
