First, we establish a mean-square asymptotic stability by using the Leibniz-Newton formula with additional free weighting matrices. Based on this stability criterion, which is expressed through Linear Matrix Inequality, we investigate the robust stability for 2D discrete Fornasini-Marchesini (FM) model with multiplicative noise with norm-bounded uncertain matrix.
