摘要

对于下径大、上径小的钢管俗称锥杆,常规的锥杆成形成本高、生产率低。近年来,我们对锥度极辊成形技术进行了研究,使其能够形成横截面沿纵轴宽度或直径变化的大尺寸产品。为了改进锥度杆的制造方法,本研究对常温下具有PLC控制系统的锥度杆成型机的开发进行了研究。本研究的目的是开发一种新的制造技术,能够在常温下不加热加工,加快生产速度,并易于形成柔性锥杆。
