摘要

为保证互联电力系统在安全区域内运行,持续监测动态安全裕度,保证系统运行可靠性,提出了一种实时动态安全评估与预警系统。基于TCP/IP协议,按照客户端/服务器和浏览器/服务器两种模式设计了DSAEW系统的框架。本文介绍了暂态稳定评估(TSA)、电压稳定评估(VSA)等工具的总体系统架构、功能设计和使用的技术。此外,本文还介绍了母线电压限值、支路/走廊传输功率限值和整个系统p负荷限值等运行限值的计算。一方面,DSAEW系统可以方便地与现有能源管理系统(EMS)集成,实现实时动态安全评估;另一方面,DSAEW系统可以作为离线仿真平台,对具体案例进行深入的动态分析。
