EVALUASI KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN DI KECAMATAN TELAGA KABUPATEN GORONTALO

This study aims to identify the performance of agricultural extension workers in implementing agricultural extension programs in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency and to determine the workload of agricultural instructors in Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. This research was carried out in March 2021. The method used was a survey method. The data collected are primary and secondary data. Determination of the sample of farmers using a quota sample of 8 agricultural extension workers. The analysis used is descriptive with Likert scale measurements. The results of this study that agricultural extension workers in Telaga District have done their job well, especially in the field of Agricultural Extension Preparation with a percentage value of 97.5% which is included in the very good performance category, in the implementation of agricultural extension with a value of 68.25% in the good performance category, then reporting on agricultural extension with a percentage value of 80% or good category.
