PROGRAM OF PURPOSEFUL DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL ABILITIES OF STUDENTS AND CADETS OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF THE STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF UKRAINE

INTRODUCTION Nowadays it is of vital importance to improve the system of professional training of the personnel of the State Border Guard service of Ukraine (SBGSU) particularly it is essential to develop the organizational abilities of the future border guard officers who are to organize the professional activities of the subordinates on combating international terrorism, illegal migration, human trafficking, drugs dealing, weapons smuggling and other transnational crimes on the state border of Ukraine. The results of the analysis of the problem of the border guard officers’ professional competence indicate that the structure of their organizational abilities is determined by the specificity of their professional activity. The main functional duties of a border guard officer are the strict organization, support, control of the activities on protection and defense of the state border of Ukraine and also the proper moral and psychological support of the professional activity of all categories of the personnel.
