IoT based health management system will provide effective communication between patient and physician to cure the patient in time. The proposed system consists of a smart patient health tracking mechanism that uses different medical sensors (Body Temperature Sensor, Environment Humidity and Temperature Sensor, Heart Beat Sensor, and ECG) to track patients’ health, while using GPS (Global Positioning System) to inform the Ambulance Management and Physician about the basic and crucial health parameters of the patient. The data collected from sensors is also stored in a centralize cloud for further analysis of patient health. To get access to the stored information on the cloud, a graphical user interface is designed on a website.
