The proposed control scheme provides the advantage of reducing the torque pulsation caused by the nonsinusoidal flux distribution of the motor. This control strategy is applied to a high torque PM synchronous motor drive system for direct drive applications and implemented by using a software of the DSP TMS320C30. 摘要

为实现永磁同步电机的高性能控制,提出了一种新的瞬时转矩控制策略。为了解决永磁同步电动机低速区转矩脉动问题,提出了新的转矩估计和控制技术。采用模型参考自适应控制系统技术对永磁同步电机的连杆磁链进行估计,并采用变结构控制与空间矢量PWM相结合的转矩控制器对电机的转矩进行瞬时控制。所提出的控制方案具有减小由电机磁链非正弦分布引起的转矩脉动的优点。该控制策略应用于直接驱动应用的大转矩永磁同步电机驱动系统,并使用DSP TMS320C30软件实现。对该系统进行了计算机仿真和实验,结果证明了所提控制策略的有效性。
