The user can easily browse the train’s device status and system health analyzed by the server through the webpage anytime and anywhere, which is helpful for the health operations and management of trains. 摘要

为了满足轨道交通行业对列车安全日益提高的要求,对列车运行状态和健康状态进行实时监控对运营人员来说非常重要。基于列车上广数据,利用大数据分析方法进行数据挖掘,研究列车的健康状态和变化规律,有助于实现列车运行的信息化和智能化。设计并介绍了一种用于轨道交通列车制动系统的智能装置。它通过列车CAN总线网络读取所需数据,并使用无线传输设备DTU将分析结果远程发送到云服务器。用户可以随时随地通过网页方便地浏览由服务器分析的列车设备状态和系统健康状况,有利于列车的健康运行和管理。该设备通过了国内长沙地铁列车的相关试验,能够满足功能设计的需要。
