摘要

针对分布式代配电网中基于同步相量测量的保护方案需求,提出了一种基于rpr的PPS配电方案。在该方案中,使用以太网物理编码层的保留控制码组K28.6作为PPS正边,在RPR的两个小波中以抢占优先级传输。并采用一种补偿算法来平衡传输延迟。并进行了公差分析和硬件设计。仿真结果表明,PPS分配精度达到纳秒级。该方案实现了通信网络和PPS同步网络的合并。
