The population sample in this study was 82 respondents. The analytical method used is moderating regression analysis. The results of this research study are that the company's management policies significantly strengthen the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on termination of employment. 摘要

本研究的目的是检验公司管理政策是否存在,这些政策可以加强COVID-19大流行对终止雇佣的影响。本研究的总体样本为82名受访者。使用的分析方法是调节回归分析。本研究的结果是,公司的管理政策显著强化了COVID-19大流行对终止雇佣的影响。本研究的启示是,在新冠肺炎大流行期间,企业在发布政策时必须谨慎,因为这可能会鼓励破产,因为企业必须有策略:扩大市场份额;替代产品;产品材料的选择性采购;资产采购延迟;减少管理津贴;消除加班;选择并保持员工的最佳健康状况。
