This research is important because low motivation or interested in learning has become a serious threat to the future of many students as the nation's next generation. The purpose of implementing Islamic-based CBT is to raise students' awareness of the importance of learning and to get rid of or neutralize everything that is negative that can lead to lazy learning attitudes. In the process, cognitive behavior therapy is also combined with self-management techniques. This technique provides guidance for the therapist to initiate treatment actions for students with problems. 摘要

本文主要研究了一种心理学方法——伊斯兰认知行为疗法(cognitive behavior therapy, CBT)在伊斯兰学校(Madrasah Aliyah As-Syafi'e Kapubaten Pamekasan)因学习动机低而学习积极性不高的学生中的应用。这项研究很重要,因为学习动机或兴趣低下已经成为许多学生作为国家下一代的未来的严重威胁。实施以伊斯兰教为基础的CBT的目的是提高学生对学习重要性的认识,并消除或中和一切可能导致懒惰学习态度的消极因素。在此过程中,认知行为疗法也与自我管理技术相结合。这项技术为治疗师提供指导,为有问题的学生启动治疗行动。本文采用的方法是文献综述的描述性定性方法。关键词:认知行为;信念疗法;学生学习动机
