This paper introduces the concepts of Vehicular Cloud Computing to design and implement a real time parking reservation system. The proposed system is typically built upon OMNeT++ and SUMO Simulators by integrating Bellman-Ford and Dijkstra algorithms, to get the shortest path(s) about available parking spaces in a particular geographic area.
