At the same time, the share of pipes manufactured in advance does not exceed 40%. The solution of the problem is considered in a historical retrospective taking into account modern realities, because the development and improvement of the technology of pipe production is one of the main important directions in the development of shipbuilding not only in Russia, but also in the world. Significant changes in the technology are associated with the widespread use of computing devices to improve the computer-aided design, technological preparation of production and the manufacture of pipelines according to design information. There has been carried out comparative analysis of pipe production efficiency using pipe bending machines, bent segments and straight sections. To form the pipe configuration, it is proposed to retain the traditional technology of pipe bending using pipe bending machines. Directions for further research in this area are identified and solutions are proposed, the implementation of which will help reduce construction time, reduce labor intensity and increase the productivity of pipeline work when fulfilling shipbuilding orders. 摘要

本文研究了在管道制造技术的基础上,利用设计信息提高船舶生产效率的问题。分析了设计信息阻碍管材制造的原因及可能的消除途径。对管道制造的高度重视是由大量的管道工作来解释的,管道工作占建造一艘船的总劳动强度的10-12%,在一些项目中高达14-17%。同时,预先制造的管道份额不超过40%。在考虑到现代现实的历史回顾中考虑问题的解决,因为管道生产技术的发展和改进不仅是俄罗斯,而且是世界造船业发展的主要重要方向之一。技术的重大变化与计算机设备的广泛使用有关,以提高计算机辅助设计、生产技术准备和根据设计信息制造管道。对弯管机、弯管段和直管段的管材生产效率进行了对比分析。为了形成管道结构,建议保留使用弯管机的传统弯管工艺。确定了该领域的进一步研究方向,并提出了解决方案,其实施将有助于在履行造船订单时减少施工时间,降低劳动强度,提高管道工作的生产率。保证设计信息的可靠性的目的是提高管道预先制造的比例,而不考虑管道的功能目的。
