The method used in this research is a descriptive and causal method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis    method. The data used in this research is a data designed internal covered questionnaires, Based on the results of this study, it is known that motivation and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Work Discipline doesn’t affect significantly to employee performance on PT. 摘要

本研究旨在分析动机、领导力和工作纪律是否会影响员工在PT. x的工作。本研究的人群是PT. x的长期员工。本研究的人群是146名员工,本研究的样本是92名员工,使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。在本研究中使用的方法是描述性和因果法。本研究的假设检验采用多元线性回归分析方法。本研究使用的数据是一个数据设计的内部覆盖问卷,根据本研究的结果,我们知道动机和领导对员工绩效有显著的影响。同时,工作纪律对员工在PT. X上的绩效影响不显著。
