摘要

系统故障或电压下降将导致风电机组大面积断网。针对双馈风力发电机组的低压通过能力问题,首先分析了双馈风力发电机组的无功调节能力及其功率极限。然后根据STATCOM的工作原理,提出了一种模糊PI控制策略,克服了传统PI控制响应速度快、精度低等缺点。最后,利用MATLAB/Simulik建立了STATCOM的DFIG并网模型,并设计了模糊PI控制器。仿真结果表明,与传统PI控制相比,STATCOM具有响应速度快、鲁棒性强的优点,提高了模糊PI控制策略下DFIG的低压穿越能力。
