摘要

本文考虑了PID控制算法在内混机温度控制过程中控制效果差的问题。基于模糊控制的强鲁棒性和神经网络的自学习特性,提出了一种模糊RBF神经网络控制器方法来提高内混机温度控制的效果。采用k均值聚类方法初始化神经网络参数,采用共轭梯度法进行优化训练。通过实例说明了该方法的有效性,提高了对阶跃信号和正弦信号的控制精度。
