摘要

针对多圈带式输送机输送和输送粘性物料时,转运站存在粘连、堵塞等问题,本文采用离散元分析方法,在建立转运站模型的基础上,通过EDEM软件分析物料不同粘度对转运站磨损和堆积的影响及规律。并通过仿真实验提出了改进中转站导流角度、改进漏斗出口、采用高分子材料等一系列解决方案。本研究对高湿高粘度物料中转站的设计或优化具有一定的指导意义。
