The correlation coefficient analysis method, path analysis tests, and hypothesis testing were used to test instrument and classical assumption testing. The findings show a relationship between price, service quality, customers’ satisfaction, and competitiveness between ship agency services in PT. Maritel Bahtera Abadi Marunda. 摘要

本研究旨在确定船舶代理服务的价格、服务质量、顾客满意度和竞争力之间的关系,以及以船舶代理服务为中介对PT. Maritel Bahtera Abadi Marunda的影响。来自PT.
