摘要

生命搜救队伍在生命搜救过程中面临着诸多问题。这些问题包括缺乏对现状的认识,缺乏管理现场资源的信息化方法,协调沟通效率低下等。为了适应综合灾害救援队伍建设的要求,提高生命搜救的效率和效果,有必要开发便携式指挥控制平台。本研究利用便携式设备,开发了现场搜救队的三层指挥平台。该平台对灾害数据、搜救资源数据和搜救行动数据进行了整合和管理。通过接入无人机等其他设备,实现生命搜救过程的一体化管理;该平台有助于提高生命搜救队伍的工作效率,有利于提高灾害生命搜救过程中的信息化水平。除了系统本身的功能设计外,未来系统在实际灾害生命搜救中的实用性和可扩展性还取决于系统在弱网络环境下的表现,这是系统未来改进的一个重要方向。
