The International Experience and Enlightenment of Policy of Affordable Housing for Talents

The competition of cities is the competition of talents. The high housing price has become the bot-tleneck of attracting talents in Chinese major cities. It is necessary for the government to provide housing for talents. Through the analysis of relevant research progress, it is found that the current affordable housing for talents system in China is in the preliminary exploration stage, and it is ur-余佳欣 gent to learn advanced international experience and focus on solving the problem of talent housing. Firstly, this paper reviews the policy experience of affordable housing for talents in Germany, Singapore, the United States and Japan. Then, summarizes three basic modes of affordable housing for talents, including cooperative conservatism mode, government-led people’s welfare mode and liberalism mode; finally, based on the analysis of the current situation of the implementation of China’s policy of affordable housing for talents, it is proposed that China should learn international experience critically, speed up the innovation of relevant legislation and institutional mechan-isms, build a classified and multi-level policy of affordable housing for talents, promote the incre-ment and quality of affordable housing for talents, optimize the supervision mechanism, and deal with the relationship between affordable housing for talents and affordable housing.
