摘要

常用的白光发射方法利用LED技术主要依靠发光团和波长440-460 nm的(蓝色)半导体发射体的使用。宽可见光谱的发射,颜色为黄绿色,是铈掺杂YAG晶体基发光团的光致发光效应。由于光致发光的作用,辐射干扰光源辐射,产生白色光,其色温取决于发光团的类型。本文研究了利用半导体发射体实现非专用强迫时发光团的转换效率和光谱响应。
