The purpose of this study was to find out how the behavior of librarians at the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service in the field of service in the library. The method used is mixed research, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research, with a quantitative research sample of 100 users and a qualitative research sample of librarians who work in other fields of library service. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. 摘要

本研究的题目是北干巴鲁市图书馆档案服务处图书馆员的行为分析。本研究旨在了解北干巴鲁市图书馆档案服务处馆员在图书馆服务领域的行为。使用的方法是混合研究,即定量研究和定性研究相结合,其中定量研究样本为100名用户,定性研究样本为从事其他图书馆服务领域的图书馆员。数据收集技术包括问卷调查、访谈、观察、文献研究和文献记录。定量研究结果显示,北干巴鲁市图书馆档案服务处馆员行为分析较好,平均值在2.51 ~ 3.25之间;定性研究显示,由于图书馆服务处馆员人手不足,北干巴鲁市图书馆档案服务处馆员的服务力度有待提高,存在以下障碍:图书馆服务对整个用户缺乏可及性,图书馆馆员在图书馆服务领域缺乏获取信息和知识的途径。
