摘要

在伺服系统中,除了需要大的力或扭矩外,还需要快速和精确的控制,因此液压执行器被广泛使用。为此,现代带钢轧机普遍采用伺服液压系统来调节工作辊之间的间隙。基于液压间隙控制器的自动厚度控制是现代带钢轧机常用的工作辊间隙调节方法。采用电液伺服执行器(即所谓的液压胶囊)对轧制间隙进行动态调节,实现对轧制间隙和轧制力的动态控制。本文的基本目的是监测热轧机液压间隙控制系统的参数波动,检测胶囊活塞密封处的内泄漏阻力变化。
