The mechanism of ancillary services market, especially peak regulation market, has been increasingly sounder than before. In this paper, a power grid-generator collaborative expansion planning for the deep peak regulating market is proposed. The upper model is the planning layer model to determine the line to be selected and unit reconstruction. Based on the network frame of upper layer, a real time clearing model for peak regulation market is presented in lower layer, which pass the returns on investment to the planning model. 摘要

当今的电力系统面临着可再生能源特别是风能发电大规模并网所带来的各种挑战,这不仅提高了发电能力的经济效益,也对电网的灵活性提出了更高的要求。与此同时,电力市场化的进程也得到了推进。辅助服务市场特别是调峰市场机制日趋健全。针对深调峰市场,提出了一种电网-发电机协同扩容方案。上层模型为规划层模型,用于确定所选线路和单元重构。在上层网络框架的基础上,底层提出了调峰市场的实时清算模型,将投资收益传递给规划模型。最后,通过实例分析和数值计算,验证了所提出的规划与清理模型的有效性。
