摘要

2011年3月11日,日本北部遭受严重破坏。9级大地震导致日本大面积断电,造成停电、火灾、海啸、核电站危机等严重损失。记录为里氏9.0级,是日本有史以来最强烈的地震。在这次灾难中,我们的项目组在岩手县的一些沿海城市开展了网络救援活动。提供卫星系统和3G系统作为网络救援活动。本文介绍了我国在疏散地或灾害指挥部开展的网络救援活动。然后,从活动的角度出发,讨论了大规模灾害下的策略,提出了认知无线网络的数据传输方法。
