Measuring Perception of Organizational Dissent in Manufacturing and Service Businesses
Organizational dissent is defined as the disagreements between the employees and the organization. This study was carried out in order to determine the perceptions created by the concept of organizational dissent on employees, which is a limited number of studies in the literature. In this study, employees' perceptions of organizational dissent were examined in terms of their organizations. The research was carried out on the data collected by the survey method from 153 people working in the service and production sectors in Istanbul. Data were collected from the employees determined by simple random sampling method with a survey study, and hypotheses were tested using the SPSS program. Confirmatory factor analysis was used in the study and it was seen that it met the appropriate values. In the study, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance tests were applied. As a result, organizational dissent perceptions of individuals were found to be statistically significant.
