The results showed that the addition of 15% and 22.5% jengkol peel pellets containing tannins and saponins had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on pH, it is still under normal conditions, but decreases (P <0.01) at total VFA production. The total VFA production averaged 68.90 - 103.23 mM, decreased in the range of 19.90% - 33.26%. 摘要

本试验旨在评价在绵羊日粮中添加胶荚果皮颗粒及其对饲粮pH值和总挥发性脂肪酸的影响。这项研究于2019年5月至7月在茂物农业大学(IPB)畜牧学院营养与饲料技术系B块现场实验室进行。本研究采用随机区组设计(RBD), 3个处理,5个重复。处理分别为P1 =浓缩物(40%)+田间草(60%),P2 =浓缩物(40%)+田间草(45%)+灌胶果皮(15%),P3 =浓缩物(40%)+田间草(37.5%)+灌胶果皮(22.5%)。结果表明,添加15%和22.5%含单宁和皂苷的姜kol果皮颗粒对pH无显著影响(P> 0.05),在正常条件下仍无显著影响,但总VFA产量降低(P <0.01)。总VFA产量平均为68.90 ~ 103.23 mM,下降幅度为19.90% ~ 33.26%。由此可见,在羊粮中添加胶荚果皮颗粒不影响pH值,且能降低总VFA产量,以添加量为15%的胶荚果皮颗粒为最佳。关键词:姜kol果皮颗粒,单宁,皂苷,羊,pH和总VFA
